This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Senior Project Manager - REMOTE. In this role, you will lead the successful delivery of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central implementation projects. Your expertise will ensure that project scope, resources, and budget constraints are effectively managed. You will develop project management plans and work closely with the Solution Architect to keep the team on track for successful project completion. With a focus on customer satisfaction, you will also contribute to process improvements and foster strong client relationships.

Accountabilities

Work with clients to understand resource capabilities and constraints, building appropriate project plans.

Develop and implement project plans using established processes.

Ensure alignment of project timelines with client goals.

Plan work and set deadlines for the project team.

Define project scope, goals, and deliverables in support of client objectives.

Monitor project budget and make necessary adjustments.

Organize and lead project and client meetings.

Approve project time for payroll processing.

Coordinate with Solution Architects to keep team members aligned with deadlines.

Develop large-scale project activities including scheduling and resource management.

Manage project issues and escalations demonstrating strong interpersonal skills.

Track project metrics and ensure reporting is up to date.

Cultivate strong relationships with clients and ensure timely follow-ups.

Participate in process improvement initiatives offering feedback and best practices.

Mentor and guide other Project Managers in project methodologies.

Requirements

7+ years of Project Management experience across the project lifecycle.

Proven track record in leading successful Dynamics ERP implementations.

Strong leadership and communication abilities.

Advanced skills in strategic thinking and problem-solving.

Solid interpersonal skills for developing strong client relationships.

Expert knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics focused on Business Central.

Experience with Microsoft's Power Platform.
