Lead Principal Engineer Analog Design

Job description:

In your new role you will:

• Define, assess, and own analog architecture and design for MCU Analog Mixed Signal IP Team. Work closely with product
• Definition Engineers and contribute to new hardware product road map definition, creating best-in-class designs.
• Act as a premium global expert for key stakeholders, and ultimate technical support for all analog designers part of the global AMS IP Organization.
• Drive technical discussions with lead stakeholders during Product Definition and creation phase.
• Coordinate, guide and support the activities of the design teams by defining analog design architecture trade-offs, writing system architecture specification and helping during design activities.
• Work on novel architectures. Transition theory and simulation into real implementation.
• Define, plan and execute designs on time and with quality.Promote the Infineon brand through writing White Papers, Technical Articles or filing patents.

Your Profile:

You are best equipped for this task if you have:

• Enthusiasm for driving innovation and execution.
• Expertise in system architecture, design, modeling, and implementation.
• Expertise in modeling Audio and RF lineups.
• Expertise in Sigma-Delta & Nyquist data converter and Signal processing.
• Expertise in working as part of an Analog Mixed Signal organization.
• Technical degree in Electrical Engineering. Master's degree is a must. PhD is a plus.
• At least 20 years of professional experience related to analog mixed signal design and architecture.
• Deep technical expertise in all phases of analog mixed signal design: architecture, system modelling, design, layout and extractions.
• Advance knowledge and practice of Matlab and Simulink is a must.
• Good presenter and technical trainer.
