Lead Product Analyst

In this role, you will

• Discover data patterns and dependencies to drive strategic insights
• Provide analytical support to both our product and marketing teams
• Generate and validate product hypotheses
• Craft comprehensive reports and analyze essential product metrics (LTV, churn rate, cohorts, retention, a-ha moment, etc.).
• Conduct research and draw conclusions from A/B tests, offering actionable insights
• Automate reporting processes and develop dashboards for various stakeholders
• Monitor key metrics operationally and identify causes of deviations

It’s all about you

• 4+ years of experience as a Product Analyst
• 1+ year of experience leading and managing a team of analysts
• Proficiency in SQL and Python
• Expertise in Tableau
• Strong grasp of key product metrics and funnel building
• Knowledgeable in statistics fundamentals and experimental design
• Deep understanding of statistical and regression methods
• Extensive experience with A/B and multivariate testing techniques
• Track record of delivering analytical solutions for complex product-related tasks
• Motivated, results-oriented, with excellent communication skills
• Eagerness to contribute to a friendly, collaborative environment
• Dedication to continuous learning and exploring new approaches




Would be a plus




• Solid experience with Clickhouse and Google BigQuery
