The Role:

As a Lead Product Designer at AiDash, you excel at leading and guiding research efforts across user experience design projects, applying a variety of methodologies such as contextual inquiries, moderated interviews, experimental design, and user testing to uncover insights and drive innovative solutions.

You have extensive experience in user experience design, and deep specialization in at least three areas such as user research, service design, digital product design, interface design, visual design, or related disciplines. 

How you'll make an impact:

• Drive Technology Transformation: Play a key role in delivering and designing technology solutions that reshape how our clients operate, while also contributing to the development of innovative digital products and services 
• Collaborate Across Teams: Work closely with cross-functional teams to produce a variety of design deliverables, including journey maps, service blueprints, roadmaps, prototypes, and design systems 
• Lead Workshops & Shape Strategy:Facilitate workshops, craft unique design strategies for products, and make strategic decisions that influence outcomes at the portfolio level 
• Apply Research with Precision: Use diverse research methods—such as context analysis, moderated interviews, experiments, and user testing—to generate insights and clearly communicate your findings to clients and team members 
• Manage Scope, Risks, and Progress: Proactively monitor project scope, risks, and updates, ensuring clear communication and alignment across stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle 

Minimum Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in design, a related field, or equivalent practical experience
• Minimum 6 years of experience in UX design
• A portfolio showcasing design principles applied to web and/or mobile platforms 

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency with UX tools such as Figma, Sketch, Framer, or similar software
• A highly creative mindset with the ability to translate ideas into polished, functional, and visually compelling prototypes
• Proven success collaborating across organizational boundaries and working effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to craft and deliver engaging presentations
