Lead Product Designer

We’re looking for an exceptionally talented Lead Product Designer to be a thought leader inside (and outside) of our organization. In this role, you'll be driving complex and high-impact design projects, requiring a broad set of design skills. As an individual contributor reporting directly to the VP of Design, you will join a small, but empowered design team that owns end-to-end design from ideation, research, and execution, for existing and new product lines. Success is measured by the quality of the user experience including the ease of use, consistency, impact, and beauty of the final product.

• Lead projects and initiatives by defining strategy and objectives for your product area
• Own the end-to-end experience for projects you work on
• Translate complex requirements into delightful product experiences
• Design information architecture, wireframes, user flows, and prototypes
• Conduct user research to identify pain points, determine priorities, and inform design decisions
• Contribute to product strategy through customer research and design explorations
• Partner with Product, Engineering, and Design teams to develop and implement meaningful product and process changes
• Partner with the design team to set the vision for design and user experience across our customer touch points

• 5+ years of design experience at a product-driven company
• A professional portfolio of product work that demonstrates a high level of proficiency in product and visual design skills
• Experience designing SaaS products, with bonus points for experience designing data analytics tools, CRM’s, and/or marketing automation tools
• Exceptional skills in the craft and execution of product design work, from high-level strategic direction down to User Experience design details
• Strong leadership skills when it comes to owning the design process from end-to-end; ability to keep a project moving and drive thought leadership around design and product strategy.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to communicate decisions about product changes and improvements across the organization
• Excellent Figma skills including building best in class prototypes.
• Passion for improving the design process, taking the initiative to improve the way the design team operates within Aspire

• Experience using Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects
• Experience working with CSS, React, and Node.js
