In this role, you will play a pivotal part in shaping the future of human transformation through design. Accountabilities

  • Architect the design vision for core product experiences, ensuring seamless user journeys.
  • Drive design quality and craft standards across the product to elevate overall design excellence.
  • Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Research to shape strategic roadmaps.
  • Lead complex design challenges, navigating ambiguity with clarity and a strong perspective.
  • Build scalable design systems that support coherence and speed across teams.
  • Mentor and elevate the skills of senior designers, providing constructive feedback.
  • Influence stakeholders at the executive level on product and design strategy.
  • Represent the design function in cross-functional planning and align design efforts with company goals.

    • Requirements

  • 10+ years of product design experience, preferably in a B2B or consumer SaaS environment.
  • A portfolio showcasing exceptional design craft and systems thinking.
  • Proven track record of leading impactful, multi-year design initiatives.
  • Experience influencing senior leadership on product and engineering direction.
  • Strong understanding of design systems and their application at scale.
  • Familiarity with AI-native product patterns and human-computer interaction.
  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills adaptable to various audiences.
  • A growth mindset with a passion for integrating AI into the design process.
