In this role, you will be instrumental in shaping the user experience for cybersecurity software relied upon by millions across the globe. Accountabilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define user requirements and objectives.
  • Lead the end-to-end design process from concept ideation to prototyping and final UI design.
  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.
  • Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs effectively.
  • Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistency across platforms.
  • Stay updated with industry trends and advocate for their integration into design processes.
  • Maintain visual consistency across all web properties according to brand guidelines.
  • Design responsive layouts for optimal user experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and tablet.
  • Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design roles with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.
  • Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience.
  • Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer.
  • Experience in user research and usability testing with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.
  • Strong understanding of responsive design principles and multi-device design experience.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively advocate for design decisions.
  • Problem-solving skills with adaptability and a willingness to learn complex solutions.
  • Passion for creating impactful user experiences with a keen attention to detail.
