Accountabilities
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, QA, and stakeholders to define user requirements and objectives.Lead the end-to-end design process from concept ideation to prototyping and final UI design.Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and inform design decisions.Create user personas, journey maps, and other artifacts to communicate user needs effectively.Develop and maintain design systems, style guides, and UI pattern libraries for consistency across platforms.Stay updated with industry trends and advocate for their integration into design processes.Maintain visual consistency across all web properties according to brand guidelines.Design responsive layouts for optimal user experiences across web, desktop, mobile, and tablet.Requirements
Minimum 5 years of experience in product or UX/UI design roles with a portfolio demonstrating user-centered design principles.Bachelor's degree in design, human-computer interaction (HCI), or equivalent experience.Proficiency in design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision or Framer.Experience in user research and usability testing with the ability to translate findings into actionable insights.Strong understanding of responsive design principles and multi-device design experience.Excellent communication and collaboration skills to effectively advocate for design decisions.Problem-solving skills with adaptability and a willingness to learn complex solutions.Passion for creating impactful user experiences with a keen attention to detail.Benefits
