LEAD PRODUCT DEVELOPMENT ENGINEER (R&D)

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Lead Product Development Engineer to join our dynamic team. We expect you to have a strong background in research and development, great leadership capabilities, and a proven track record of driving projects from conception to completion.

GET READY TO:

- Apply engineering knowledge in practice to develop and enhance new products and technological processes;

- Test new products and assess risks using laboratory equipment;

- Develop testing protocols, prepare reports, and provide recommendations;

- Draft SOPs and technological specifications;

- Plan team development and structure;

- Enhance team competencies and improve overall efficiency;

- Manage projects and prioritize tasks;

- Collaborate closely with other departments to identify and resolve issues;

- Engage in the product development process from concept creation to production launch.

WE EXPECT YOU TO:

- Have an engineering degree in electrical, mechanical, or chemical fields.

- Possess 3+ years of experience in R&D, product development, or a similar role.

- Have excellent English language skills.

- Be proficient in using CAD software.

- Demonstrate the ability to educate and coordinate a team.

- Display a proactive attitude towards learning, along with initiative and openness to innovative solutions.

- Be capable of quickly adapting to dynamic environments and evolving processes.

SALARY: 3500- 4500 €/month gross. We’re open to discussing it based on your skills and competencies.
