Lead Product Engineer (Chiller)- İzmir

What you will do

We are seeking for a Lead Product Engineer for Chiller who will be a member of our Izmir team and will directly report to our Engineering Manager. At this position, you will assist production line to prepare engineering and production bill of materials according to customer requirements.

As Lead Product Engineer, you will transfer new designs from global design center to Izmir factory production line, also apply modification and improvements on the products.

It requires knowledge on 3D software (Creo Parametric) and ERP software.

How you will do it

• Support on department on activities coordination
• Prepare the information for transfer product from global engineering to local factory.
• Release drawings and engineering change release
• Development of products according to standards
• Assists in identifying specification issues or interpretation discrepancies and providing solutions to resolve.
• Develops documentation for projects.
• Release drawings and engineering change coordination, to distribute information with the internal departments.
• Carry out product definitions including BOM
• Orders and engineering preparation
• Prepare VA activities
• Responsible for creating and maintaining the technical information in the factory
• CE PED certification and Eurovent support
• Support factory departments to prepare all necessary info to complete the source of the components
• Support procurement on the specification understand
• Prepare cost impact analysis to quantify cost savings or other customer benefits.
• Assists in technical or financial bench marking as needed
• Teaches and reinforces methodology and skills used to collect, analysis and present designs, scopes and cost estimates
• Line support for production from engineering point of view.

What we look for

• Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering or Electric&Electronic engineer
• HVAC 4 year experience
• Fluent in English, both written and verbal
• Mechanical engineer
• 3D Creo experience
• Windchill
• SAP – BOM
