This Lead Product Led Growth Marketer position is an exciting opportunity to create a new "AI as a Service" (AIaaS) division within NICE. NICE is the AI leader in CX selling our Enlighten AI solutions through a wide variety of our CX solutions.
Do you want to build something no one else is building? This role will build out a new solution selling our AI through Microservices to developers across the CX landscapea completely new market for NICE. It is the best of both worlds: launching a startup backed by a large organization with significant available resources.

Who you are:
You have five years'+ experience in Product lead growth Marketing for technology companies. You will help define, develop, and execute our product-led growth strategy. You are tech savvy, but your true love is for storytelling. You have excellent presentation skills and your English is fluent and professional. This position also is the product evangelist with frequent public speaking and webinars. Strong Microsoft Office skills in essential (especially, Word and PowerPoint.) You are passionate about your customers, can easily relate to their point of view and are always looking to stay close to them. Contact center experience is a plus.
Responsibilities
- Drive strategies that create meaningful growth impact by eliminating friction in user journeys, maximizing free trials and upgrade conversions, and improving customer engagement and retention
- Spearhead experimentation plans across key channels and products
- Partner closely with Product, Engineering, and Marketing teams to build out roadmaps and testing strategies to drive growth
- Identify user needs by deeply understanding our customers and how our product works, to create data-driven, impactful insights for Product Strategy and Engineering teams
- Deeply understand our customer base and help identify vectors of growth, including new segments, product offerings, and GTM strategies
- Lead growth initiatives to drive the GTM plan, driving to key achievements, and own deliverables in close partnership with other teams such as Content Marketing, Design, etc
- Develop and maintain target KPIs for growth program success
- Utilize hard data to analyze results and drive the product direction and strategy focusing on the biggest growth opportunities
Qualifications:
- 5+ years of experience in product marketing, customer marketing, or growth marketing in a SaaS company
- Deep knowledge of product-led growth techniques and tactics
- Strong understanding and proven instrumentation of growth frameworks such as Pirate Metrics (AARRR)
- Proven capability for formulating data and analysis-driven growth campaigns
- Deep knowledge of Product Marketing tools (e.g Lead Lander, Asana ect), Salesforce CRM, and marketing automation
- Excellent writing and communication skills
- Highly organized and experienced project manager that's passionate about technology
- Proven track record of problem-solving in an innovative environment and get things done
- Knows and understand how businesses work, strategies, and techniques to impact both customer experience and bottom line
