This Lead Product Management Business Analyst position at UKG is responsible for helping define and deliver a world-class Suite Services experience for UKG. This individual will help shape the new integrated vision that will propel UKG to the next level. The Lead Business Analyst will provide input to the overall vision of the product working alongside a Product Manager. They will take responsibility for how features are built; helping the cross functional team of developers, designers, and testers understand vision and priority.

Manage the backlog:• Prioritizes features and requirements to meet goals on time with quality.• Owns definition and contributes to the direction of features for a product.• Breaks features into vertically sliced stories and clearly communicates these requirements to engineers and designers via user stories, use case scenarios and acceptance criteria to help focus the team on solving the right challenges.

Maintain product metrics:• Has a passion for data-driven decision-making. Experience implementing and using product metrics to drive decisions.• Clearly defines metric goals and the suitable mechanisms to collect, track, report, and react to the data.• Manages the team's metrics dashboard and continuously improves it.

Collaborate across the organization:• Closely collaborates with Sales, Services, and Support teams to meet their needs.• Closely collaborates with other development teams to clearly understand dependencies and drive the solution process.• Assists services and engineering troubleshooting product escalations from customers.

Qualifications

Qualifications:• 5+ years' experience as a Product Business Analyst, Product Owner, or Associate Product Manager• Experience gathering requirements directly from customers, end-users, and internal teams• Strong analytical skills to understand complex business requirements and decompose into more granular level requirements• Proven experience successfully working within a team and managing a dynamic environment with rapidly changing priorities

Preferred Skills:• Agile/Kanban experience• Experience with product and agile software management tools, aHa and Jira a plus• Experience with data integrations• Experience working with teams abroad
