Lead Product Manager

Engagement surveys are an important strategic pillar for Lattice and central to our company's mission of “making work meaningful”. They provide companies with cultural assessments allowing them to build engaged teams and retain key talent.

• 5+ years of product management experience, ideally at a B2B SaaS company, with a track record of owning feature and product development, end to end
• Experience with workflow software
• Excellent communication skills, able to act as an ambassador for Lattice’s product vision to both internal partners and external customers
• Someone who has a high focus on shipping products, and is able to make trade-offs that require prioritizing different competing demands
• Self-motivated and driven, with the ability to work independently and high attention to detail
• Proactively defines the problems for their area of product that we should be seeking to understand and partners effectively with UXR and GTM partners to validate and prioritize.
• Demonstrates extreme clarity when articulating and aligning the relevant engineering, product, and design teams to problems.
• Consistently delivers meaningful and unique impact to customers and our business.
• A high degree of empathy towards Lattice’s customers and your own teammates

This is a unique role that involves growing the Engagement survey product to serve the needs of HR and Executive leaders. You’ll work closely with your engineering and design counterparts, as well as go-to-market teams, to deliver feature enhancements and strategic initiatives. This is a remote role and is an excellent opportunity if you thrive working on highly impactful and visible products.

• Help define and execute a product vision and strategy, and be able to break a larger vision into discrete projects
• Synthesize customer feedback to identify pain points and deeply understand their problems
• Lead the prioritization and development of your product's roadmap to deliver value to our customers and the business
• Support GTM teams in bringing new releases to market
• Partner with Lattice Advisory Services and internal Engagement experts to seamlessly blend the Engagement product and services experiences
• Define the product KPIs and track the success of the features that we launch
• Work with your design and engineering partners to build delightful products that empower our customers to get value from their Engagement surveys
