JOB SUMMARY:

You will lead and oversee the development of our RxIQ Business Intelligence capabilities.  This critical role will be responsible for establishing the future roadmap to our analytics products to bring best in class reporting experience and provide strategic capabilities that drive client and member decision making in optimizing pharmacy spend and improve patient care. 


PRIMARY JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Shaping the strategy and direction of our RxIQ BI suite of product, including a value-oriented product roadmap, alignment with business and technology stakeholders, and leading a team to continually evolve the product to meet customer and market needs.
  • Overseeing the development of our RxIQ BI platform to provide an intuitive analytics tool that provides data insights and automated processes to reduce administrative burden to clients.
  • Partnering closely with engineering team to build and deliver new reporting tools and features around financial analytics and clinical analytics.
  • Continuously identifying emerging customer needs and developing new features and automated solutions.
  • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to stay at the forefront of analytics and data science.


Experience and Education

  • Bachelor’s or advanced degree in Data Science, Computer Science, Statistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in leading and managing an analytics team.
  • 7+ years of PBM analytics or Healthcare analytics experience.
  • Strong expertise in data analytics, machine learning, and statistical modeling.
  • Experience in Product Development.
  • Experience in working with Agile product development teams.
  • Extensive experience in translating customer needs into software product features.
  • Experience with one or more BI platforms.
  • Familiarity with data processing technologies.
  • Must be able to develop and maintain strong working relationships on a multi-level basis.
  • Superior written and verbal communication skills - ability to communicate information & ideas clearly & concisely.
  • Ability to foster a positive and creative work environment.
  • Ability to work in a dynamic fast paced atmosphere.
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality.
  • Ability to work under tight deadlines.

Salary Range: $133,000 - $166,000
