At realtor.com, we want to be the trusted partner for Consumes and provide them the education, tools, and partners they need to achieve their home ownership dreams. We infuse support for our consumers throughout our end to end experience, whether it's traditional mortgages, down payment assistance, or alternative financing options available through many proptech companies. You will own the consumer facing financing experiences to help consumers learn what they can afford, as well as driving volume to our various mortgage lead products and monetization experiences.
To drive this transformation, we need a strong Lead Product Manager to lead the way cross-functionality with our product teams and extended organization.
What you'll do:

• Develop consumer experiences with education, guides, process tracking, and recommendations for partners to build trust with realtor.com as the unbiased financial guide, and build confidence in taking the next step in their home journey
• Define experiences that create an ongoing relationship with the consumer, helping them understand their personalized path to affordability, from renter to first time home buyer, to owners remodel / refinance, and selling/buyer at the same time
• Define and integrate our mortgage and financing flows with monetization points for advertisers and lead generation with our partners
• Partner work with other product managers on additional opportunities to embedded financing experiences across search, rent, buy, own, and sell
• Drive the horizontal of affordability and mortgage, through to all the vertical product teams, sharing ownership in some experiences, but being a partner to strategize, scope and deliver
• Work with your agile team squad across user research, design, engineering and product, to deliver products and experiences throughout realtor.com site and lifecycle management touchpoints
• Collaborate across all areas of the realtor.com t , partnering with product managers of each vertical to integrate and drive requirements on roadmaps to support your vision
• Work closely across stakeholders to quickly prove or disprove opportunities through rapid prototyping, A/B testing, and MVP delivery. You will balance validation activities with long term vision designed to scale and meet company revenue targets.
• Partner closely with business and revenue stakeholders, to understand the needs of our lead partners and incorporate requirements to meet revenue and lender needs as well

What you'll bring:

• 8-10+ years of product management experience at a leading technology company
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Balance of creative, product, technical, and analytical aptitude and skill sets to be work across a very diverse set of stakeholders ranging from product, design, marketing and sales teams to engineers and data analytics
• Comfortable with ambiguity and thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Able to be scrappy and find a way to make progress, learn, and iterate with the tools and resources available
• Strong leadership skills and proven ability to bring many parties and perspectives together, to forge a vision, and to drive towards common goal
• Ability to multi-task and handle multiple deliverables and projects at once balancing short term revenue objectives with long term vision
• High EQ and successful in working with cross-functional products experiences, driving the coordination and buy-in across teams
• Strategic thinker with outstanding execution holding yourself and your team accountable to delivering successful outcomes.
