Lead Product Manager

This position is posted by Jobgether on behalf of a partner company. We are currently looking for a Lead Product Manager in India.

This role sits at the center of an AI-driven automation platform focused on Human-in-the-Loop (HITL) experiences that seamlessly connect machine workflows with human decision-making. You will define and evolve how automated processes pause, route, and resume when human judgment is required, ensuring clarity, trust, and efficiency across complex enterprise workflows. Operating as a senior individual contributor, you will shape product direction across builder and end-user experiences, balancing usability with technical depth. You will collaborate closely with Engineering, UX, Research, and Content teams to deliver intuitive configuration and execution experiences. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role influencing both product architecture and user experience at scale. The environment is fast-moving, cross-functional, and deeply focused on AI-powered orchestration and workflow intelligence.

• Drive the strategy, design, and delivery of Human-in-the-Loop capabilities across the product lifecycle
• Define stateful workflow behavior including pause/resume logic, routing, approvals, and data validation
• Lead end-to-end product discovery, UX design, and delivery in collaboration with Engineering, UX, Research, and Content teams
• Align stakeholders across roadmap planning, customer engagement, and product execution priorities
• Define success metrics, instrumentation, and experimentation frameworks to measure adoption and performance
• Continuously improve product experience using customer insights, analytics, usability testing, and workflow monitoring

Requirements

• 7+ years of product management experience in SaaS, workflow automation, or B2B platforms
• Strong experience building configuration-based or no-code products (e.g., workflow builders, form builders)
• Ability to design for multiple personas (technical builders and business users) within one platform
• Strong understanding of workflow orchestration, stateful systems, and integration platforms
• Experience working closely with Engineering, UX, Research, and Content Strategy teams
• Ability to translate complex technical and AI-driven concepts into clear product requirements and outcomes
• Strong communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills
