Lead Product Manager, Care Finding

Alma is seeking a mission-driven Lead Product Manager to join our team.  

In this role, you will drive the strategy and lead a team of two product managers responsible for Alma’s care-finding experience. 

This is a key role with an opportunity to shape and transform the way mental health providers build and manage their practice growth and patients to find a provider that meets their unique needs.

What you’ll do:

• Develop a long-term strategy for the care-finding product vertical, evangelizing a vision and roadmap that allows the product, design, and engineering teams to execute the product strategy with clear, well-measured goals.
• Collaborate with internal business and operational stakeholders to identify new opportunities to serve our customers better and bring technology-enabled innovations to the platform.
• Get buy-in for long-term product investments, driving every stage of product delivery from ideation to enablement and adoption.
• Track and analyze overall performance and financial, customer, and operational metrics for the care-finding product.
• Work closely with the product and engineering leadership to manage organizational change and adopt best practices.
• Manage and develop a team of product managers 

Who you are:

• You have 5+ years of experience in Product with at least 2 years of experience guiding and managing other PMs.
• Experience in managing and growing a marketplace platform. 
• You possess a clear and engaging communication style with a track record of building positive relationships across a broad, diverse organization.
• You epitomize an experimentation mindset, always centered in hypothesis thinking and rapid experimentation. 
• You are adept at agile methodologies and taking an iterative approach to product lifecycle management.
• You have a history of balancing qualitative and quantitative data against intuition in product decision-making and successes.
• You value a culture of inclusion and empathy.
• You feel a passion for Alma's mission – to improve the experience of therapy for providers and their clients and simplify access to care.

Salary Band: $160,000-$180,000
