Lead Product Manager, Chat AI

About the Team
At Zoom, AI/GenAI/ML has been widely used to directly improve the user experience, from virtual backgrounds, AI summaries of Meetings to AI assisted chat compose.
To further Zoom's innovation in the AI and Generative AI market, we are seeking an experienced Lead Product Manager who combines understanding of messaging apps and AI, experience, vision and a passion for execution.
As a key member of this team, you will be driving innovative AI focused user-facing product experiences in Team Chat in close partnership with a variety of product teams across Zoom and meeting the unique requirements of Zoom's customers and partners.
What we're looking for

• 10+ years of product management experience in a software technology company, with a proven track record of successfully leading and launching new products
• Have comprehensive knowledge of AI, Generative AI, machine learning and related technologies, including their applications, limitations and impact on strategy
• Experience verbal and presentation skills with consultative professional business acumen
• Experience discussing technical topics with technical teams and C-level leaders within our customer base
• Experience with one or more of the following: UCaaS, CCaaS, Workforce Productivity applications
• Experience with Large Language Models (LLM's), Generative AI, AI applications for business users
• Possess Bachelor's in Computer Science, Electrical Engineering, or a related field

Salary Range or On Target Earnings:
Minimum:
$157,900.00
Maximum:
$292,100.00

In addition to the base salary and/or OTE listed Zoom has a Total Direct Compensation philosophy that takes into consideration; base salary, bonus and equity value.

Note: Starting pay will be based on a number of factors and commensurate with qualifications & experience.
We also have a location based compensation structure; there may be a different range for candidates in this and other locations.
