Lead Product Manager

Responsibilities

Lead Product Manager:

• The Lead Product Manager would be key to propel the growth of Finastra's market leading cash management and digital banking products.
• Enable Finastra to anticipate market and regulatory requirements and translate these to product strategy and drive the roadmap
• Gain a deep understanding of the customer experience, identify and fill product gaps, generate new ideas that grow market share, and drive growth.
• Support Product Marketing for product launch, sales and marketing collateral content and sales enablement.
• Manage all aspects of in-life products, including customer feedback, requirements, and issues
• Guide the team of product owners and business analysts
• Influence software delivery and delivery teams through advocacy, follow-up on introduction of Product features, functionality into the delivery process

• Serve as the key contact for product questions and new product ideas which surface from customers, sales, or market research.
• Enhance Finastra's thought leadership position through production of marketing collateral, public speaking, and social media presence

• In-depth understanding of corporate banking (trade finance, cash management, loans) and digital technology
• Prior experience in banking related technology products
• Exposure to AI/Gen AI

• Ability to affect positive change across engineering, sales and marketing
• Atleast 10 years of relevant experience but we are open to people with higher years of experience
• Primary location is Bangalore but we are open to candidates based out of Pune. We have hybrid workplace model.
