Checkr is looking for a Lead Product Manager to join the Partner Experience team. This team provides Checkr  partners with the tools and capabilities to incorporate compliant background screenings into their solutions. Our integration offerings enable partners to seamlessly extend their own workflows with screening services.

As a Lead Product Manager on the Partner Experience team, you will own the overall product strategy and execution for scaling the Checkr platform to thousands of new successful partnerships. You will deliver high quality, scalable, and innovative solutions both to our external partners and to our internal teams that support them.

What You’ll Do:

  • You will own partner products at Checkr and bring a strong point of view on what is required to drive significant growth
  • Build a deep understanding and empathy for Checkr’s partners.
  • You will create and execute on the product roadmap toward scalable self-service partner experiences, increase product adoption and expand into new product lines
  • Collaborate with design and research teams to perform primary and secondary research to understand what will deliver value to partners.
  • Collaborate with engineering and design teams to ship new integration products and features.
  • Drive cross-functional decisions and alignment with sales, product marketing, customer success, business development, customers, and technology partners.
  • Work with product teams to enable them to deploy their high-value products to our partners and common customers.
  • Cultivate a deep understanding of our internal operations and champion a connected experience for our partners and the internal teams that support them.

What You Bring:

  • 5+ years of experience building and scaling partner platforms
  • Direct experience working with app/developer platforms, third-party ecosystems or marketplaces
  • Strong ability to distill a large, complex set of data into simple KPIs
  • Proven track record of taking ownership and delivering results in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
  • Ability to thrive in an ambiguous and constantly changing environment

The base salary for this position will vary based on geography and other factors. In accordance with Colorado law, the base salary for this role if filled within Colorado is $154,615-$181,900.
