The Position

We are hiring for a Lead or Senior Product Manager to support our award-winning Sportsbook product, driving forward the strategic vision and roadmap.

You'll play a key role in guiding and collaborating with diverse, multi-disciplinary teams throughout their entire delivery life cycle, offering insightful advice across business areas and on a global stage, while standing out as an empowering leader in the Sportsbook domain!

Your role will include some of the following:

  • Deliver on the objectives for a strategic pillar within FanDuel Sportsbook
  • Guide and support a team of product managers to define strategic initiatives and OKRs
  • Use relevant business data to help drive prioritisation decisions ensuring we deliver positive return
  • Work in a fully agile mindset ensuring customer value is delivered as quickly as possible through all initiatives
  • Lead global teams to deliver projects concurrently using a variety of agile techniques and artifacts: Initiatives, Epics, User Stories etc.
  • Foster effective collaboration through clear communication to all team members across FanDuel Sportsbook

What We're Looking For

  • Able to work closely with engineers on engineering led initiatives
  • Demonstrable experience working with delivery teams across global locations and time zones
  • Skilled in facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
  • An excellent communicator, engaging and translating between multiple Technology and Business functions
  • A leader of people, with the ability to motivate and instil confidence when needed, and influence without authority
  • Knowledge or background in Sportsbook Platforms from the gambling industry is a big plus

Location: Our Scottish tech hub is based in central Edinburgh and is fitted with fabulous amenities including a gym, showers, bike parking, gaming pods, multiple breakout areas, meeting rooms, a roof terrace and much more.

There is an expectation to visit the Edinburgh office on an occasional basis.
