Lead Product Manager, Stakeholder Management

You’ll be the lead product manager for Carta’s Stakeholder Management team within the CapTable Experience team. The CapTable experience team is focused on our core business, providing equity management to thousands of companies. The Stakeholder Management team is charged with helping these companies seamlessly collect and reconcile required information about their stakeholders from multiple sources and provide an intuitive and smart experience to facilitate it. This area acts as a foundation for the rest of the captable and opens up doors for automating the administrative burden of equity management and significantly improving our customers’ experience. 

• Define Carta’s stakeholder management solution to deliver the most value to our customers and internal stakeholders
• Work closely with the data platform team to ensure the data model supports the needs of our users and experiences
• Understand and design for the downstream impacts of stakeholder management, working closely with domain experts
• Establish a position on the source-of-truth for different fields and workflows within Carta
• Define a strategy and roadmap to support the exchange of information between companies and their stakeholders
• Work cross functionally with different engineering, product and strategy teams to ensure a clear, concise strategy and execution framework

• You have at least 5 years of product management experience in working with multiple data sources or workflow management. Experience with HRIS integrations a plus
• You’re interested in helping companies manage their ownership
• You’re able to drive impact in both backend architecture/system design, and frontend user experiences. 
• You have a bias to action and the ability to ship products quickly through strategic prioritization and trade-offs
• You are able to balance uncertainty with vision, creating long-term plans while understanding when they need to change
• You have strong executive communication skills and can navigate complex discussions
• You enjoy working with a fast paced, passionate team 
• You’re curious and always want to go deeper, becoming an expert in each domain you touch
