As a Lead Product Manager for our Supply Lifecycle team, you will be responsible for the Tasker mobile application and the tools our Taskers depend on to do their job. You’ll develop product area strategy, vision, and roadmaps by compiling and analyzing customer feedback, app usage, market research, and competitive analysis to drive compelling mobile experiences for our Taskers. You’ll collaborate with multiple stakeholders to develop and evaluate business cases to support product investment decisions, and lead a cross-functional development team to execute and deliver positive results and outcomes.Â
Our ideal candidate is passionate about Taskrabbit, marketplaces, and the sharing economy, has experience shipping impactful products, and has led cross-functional teams to success. This candidate must also be personable, collaborative and flexible, with the drive to manage complex projects across multiple stakeholder groups, both internal and external. You will have a significant impact on Taskrabbit and the customer experience of our Taskers across two continents and multiple countries.
What You'll Work On:- Own our Supply side of the marketplace, covering the entire funnel, including onboarding, engagement, performance, and retention
- Develop and deliver the roadmap for our Tasker app and work closely with Data Science to optimize every step of the user journey
- Lead the development of features and experiences that are critical to ensuring high customer satisfaction and, over time, increase repeat use of Taskrabbit
- Drive product definition in collaboration with Engineering, Design, Data Science, User Research, and key business and operational stakeholders to deliver customer and business value quickly, with an eye toward balancing short term improvements and longer term investments.

- Define and analyze metrics that inform product success & supply health, and identify areas of opportunity to optimize them
- Lead the full product lifecycle, integrating customer feedback into product requirements, driving prioritization and owning pre and post-launch execution.
- You have a minimum of 5 years in the product management field.Â
- 2+ years leading a consumer-facing mobile app, including a solid grasp of the nuance, patterns, and latest trends within each mobile platform
- You have a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and the levers available to influence and drive change in business metrics.
- You’re entrepreneurial and have a strong bias for action and results. You leverage the strengths of your team and stakeholders, and don’t hesitate to roll up your sleeves.
- You have demonstrated a strong customer focus — doing the research to understand your customers, their mindset, and how your product can help them. You look holistically at the customer journey and deliver top-notch user experiences by partnering closely with design and data science to test and iterate..
- You're an excellent collaborator and communicator who gathers input from many sources and distills into a clear action plan, making and communicating trade-off decisions along the way.
- You take a hypothesis-driven approach to product development and business growth, and have a bias toward learning through doing. You know how to employ different types of tests to validate ideas before overinvesting in them.
- You inspire your teams, giving them context and focusing them on clear, ambitious goals. You’re comfortable driving urgency and leading a team to quick, impactful decisions to achieve those goals.
- Taskrabbit is a remote-first company. We value flexibility and choice but also stay committed to regular in-person connection.
- The People. You will be surrounded by some of the most talented, supportive, smart, and kind leaders and teams -- people you can be proud to work with!
- The Values.Â
