We are looking a Product Manager for www.paypal.com, to lead our Large Enterprise segment and help build our web experience for Large Enterprises globally. You will be focused on driving growth and engagement by building high-quality customer experiences on mobile and web. We need someone with strong accountability and cross functional leadership, highly developed business and analytical skills, and experience both building products and developing content to drive content marketing, SEO and online acquisition and activation activities.

This is a strategic role focused on Large Enterprise prospects, with a view to developing the tools and information they need to make a fully informed decision when considering PayPal as their payment provider of choice. There is also a requirement to support existing Large Enterprise customers, providing information and experiences that help them make the most out of their relationship with PayPal as they continue to run and scale their business.
You will define and explore the problem space and define the Large Enterprise-facing strategy. You will also lead execution of Enterprise-facing web and mobile solutions, working with stakeholders across the company to capture customer problems and develop tools and content to help solve them. Your main interfaces will be with our sales and marketing, go-to-market and product and engineering teams, and you need to be comfortable working with our compliance and legal colleagues to ensure we remain compliant globally. You will need the flexibility to be as effective driving strong business outcomes in open-ended processes, as you are when operating in the structure of a sprint team. Regular activities include tracking and reporting against business KPIs, setting targets and building plans to accomplish them, and project managing execution to successful outcomes.
Customer empathy, the ability to scale and think globally, and stakeholder management are keys to succeeding in this role.
Your Day to Day:
A typical day might include commissioning content, critiquing designs, synthesizing the results of multi-variate testing to identify insights, and collating requirements for tools and systems development in addition to the below.
- Defining KPIs and meeting business targets for Large Enterprise lead generation, prospect conversion and activation globally
- Defining and overseeing development of Large Enterprise-facing web and mobile experiences targeting prospects and existing customers
- Working with stakeholders across the company to ensure the web experience fits the end-to-end customer experience and supports cross-enterprise goals and outcomes
- Working with our analyst and research partners to grow our analytical capabilities and establish best practices, define research goals and run multi-variant tests to improve growth KPIs
- Working with our platform team to identify platform requirements and required technologies to meet our Enterprise customer and business goals
- Collaborating with other segment Product Managers to ensure the paypal.com customer experience works holistically
- Partnering with our SEO team to drive incremental organic traffic to the site
What You Need to Bring:
- A successful candidate will have at least 8 years of experience within the Product Management space
- Strong execution skills and being able to drive cross-functional teams is required
- Experience working with large enterprises in some capacity online is preferred
- A general understanding of the large enterprise segment and their decision-making process when choosing payment providers is highly preferred
- Experience across both mobile and web is preferred in addition to understanding mobile/web growth drivers
- Strong analytical & data skills are highly preferred
- An understanding of what makes a great customer experience across web and mobile

- Identify new opportunities based on research, industry trends and best practices and driving innovation
- Quantify the opportunities by continually assessing the needs of the customer, market trends, competitive opportunities and threats
- Create and manage web roadmaps, prioritization, and constraints to ensure consistent execution of the product lifecycle process from concept to launch
- Define the product and customer experience with high quality requirements / user stories.
- Help teams move forward swiftly through rigor, speed and transparency in decision-making and remove roadblocks
- Ability to identify opportunities in the organization around you (process, people, etc) and drive change to improve
