We are looking a Product Manager for www.paypal.com, to lead our Large Enterprise segment and help build our web experience for Large Enterprises globally. You will be focused on driving growth and engagement by building high-quality customer experiences on mobile and web. We need someone with strong accountability and cross functional leadership, highly developed business and analytical skills, and experience both building products and developing content to drive content marketing, SEO and online acquisition and activation activities.

Commercial Sr. Product Manager - Consumer
PayPal is continuously innovating and launching new products, and the Commercial team is responsible to ensuring their monetization paths and strategies are cohesive across teams. Our goal is to make PayPal the most rewarding place to shop and pay. We are building a consumer experience that drives substantially increased engagement with PayPal via personalized cash back rewards and savings, while we build a platform for merchants and partners to drive more business from PayPal consumers. Across multiple PayPal Surfaces, we will harness valuable consumer behavioral data that will fuel our Commerce Graph strategy.
A Commercial Sr. Product Manager for Consumer is responsible for the coordination and delivery of components to the tactical Operating Plan for PayPal's Consumer portfolio with their respective business partners. This includes working with Product, Finance, Marketing, Risk, Operations, Sales and Data to ensure successful adoption, performance, and scale of Shopping product lines and execution of cross-functional initiatives. You will heavily rely on data, market research and user feedback to identify the growing needs of the business and help define, coordinate, prioritize, and deliver initiatives to address those needs. You will need to support and hold internal and external business partners accountable to driving results in key business targets. The ideal candidate has exceptional analytical and communication skills as well as the desire and ability to drive projects forward by influencing cross-functional leaders.
Responsibilities:
Execution
- Own & drive strategic projects within the operating framework of the PayPal Consumer business through coordinating and delivering planned initiatives with respective business partners
- Help define and monitor key org performance metrics & translate into actionable plans to drive performance
- Create sustainable process improvements which drive year-over-year progress
Performance measurement & reporting
- Use data to build insights about business performance across PayPal Consumer product lines
- Accountability for all business lever metrics to support top line revenue, profitability & customer experience
- Work with analytics and finance on establishing targets, including annual budget & monthly forecasts that include Product plans, trends, commercial partnerships with alignment across all stakeholders
- Support progress reporting across functions & PayPal business units
Strategy
- Work with various teams to define the strategy to grow Consumer Engagement, including resource allocation, new product lines, feature set requirements, and go-to-market strategy
- Size new Consumer product opportunities to determine potential for revenue generation & adoption and work with leadership & product on prioritization
- Establish ongoing competitive / industry assessments to identify product / experience gaps
- Work with product and tech teams to drive innovation aimed at improving customer experience
Minimum Qualifications
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to make quick decisions in complex environments (e.g., across product lines, geographies, pricing levers etc)
- Proven track record of owning & executing on large cross functional initiatives, projects or products and delivering results
- Financial modeling, data analysis, and the ability to leverage analytics to drive sound decision-making
- Exceptionally strong communication skills, including experience effectively communicating with senior management
- Experience collaborating in high performing cross-functional teams
Preferred Qualifications
- 5+ years at top tier management consulting firm and/or investment banking
- Experience in Ad tech industry and / or payments
- Experience working in high-growth, performance-focused environments
- Innovative, self-motivated, collaborative, and capable of dealing with complex interpersonal dynamics
