Title and Summary

Lead Product Manager- Technical

The Mastercard Digital Network Services team is involved in developing cutting-edge solutions to deliver the Next Generation of Core Payment Products for Mastercard. These cutting-edge solutions are built on the Digital Network Architecture, Cloud Native principles and in a Scaled Agile Framework.
Role:
• Lead Product Manager involved in creating features and stories for development initiatives in Switching Solutions
• Functional and Business Analysis Experience
• Expertise as a Product Owner in Scaled Agile
• Experience in Real Time Online System and reporting
• Coordinate with various groups in MasterCard to ensure success of the projects
• Maintain and present project related metrics reporting for management review
• Lead initiatives for automation and overall quality initiatives
• Handle coordination between teams based in various locations
All About You
• Extensive experience as Product Manager/Analyst in New Product development using Agile methodologies
• Strong Data professional with experience in Data analysis
• Strong experience in Payments domain
• Experience in System Architecture
• Experience in online, real time application development
• Ability to articulate solutions in flows and with excellent documentation
• Experience in writing Features and User Stories
• Ability to manage competing priorities in parallel.
• Coordination with Business team to understand requirements
• Result oriented individual
• Strong Communicator
• Ability to guide people to implement the right solution
