Lead Product Marketing Manager, Driving

ABOUT THIS POSITION
Aceable is looking for a Lead Product Marketing Manager for our mid-8 figure Driving vertical. This person will champion the delivery of life-changing education courses and tools through effective messaging, positioning, and merchandising of content/features that resonate with customers.
Our ideal Lead Product Marketing Manager is passionate about delivering on end-customer needs for B2C/DTC products and creating digital learning experiences that position Aceable as the market leader. With experience in high-growth and startup environments, you’ll have experience developing successful consumer-facing brands, have strong analytical and quantitative skills, and know how to tell stories that will resonate with our target customers.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- Be the strategic visionary for the Aceable driving brand, developing and executing strategies to tell our story
- Define and lead comprehensive, cross-functional go-to-market plans for new features and product launches
- Proactively monitor day-to-day marketing performance including sales, acquisition costs, and other KPIs, surfacing insights and opportunities to product management, marketing channel owners, and senior leadership
- Conduct customer, market, and competitive research to identify trends and apply learnings to the marketing strategy
- Partner with the Conversion Rate Optimization (CRO) and eCommerce teams on pricing, offers, and messaging testing to improve acquisition and conversion metrics
- Collaborate with marketing communications, product management, business development, and learning experience teams to develop digital experiences that meet customer needs and deliver measurable value
- Keep a sharp eye on competitive products and recommend feature enhancements to maintain Aceable’s leadership status as well as position our products and services against competitors
- Partner with product management on core product needs and product performance growth, priorities, and development aligned to consumer insights and business cases
WHAT YOU’LL NEED
- 8+ years of hands-on marketing experience with the last several executing in a pure Product Marketing capacity
- Deep B2C/DTC experience with a proven track record of managing multi-million dollar product lines and driving their growth
- Strong user curiosity with experience leveraging market research, customer research, and user testing to identify underlying pain points (i.e., JTBD) and develop differentiated positioning and messaging for new and existing products
- Excellent grasp of the various online and offline marketing channels available to product marketers today
- Proven experience successfully using owned and earned media, and specifically performance marketing, to promote new products
- Demonstrated success driving rapid adoption and strong user engagement with new products
- Passionate about the mobile experience with a strong understanding of how it changes user behaviors and how it makes marketers rethink their strategies
- Excellent communication skills with experience influencing stakeholders across all levels and areas of the organization
- Ability to think and execute at both strategic and operational levels
- Experience launching and marketing consumer-facing web and mobile products
- Ability to succeed in a matrixed organization structure

Colorado Residents: The compensation range for this position is $145-160K base salary + bonus
