Lead Product Owner ERP (Remote/Flexible)

Position Overview:

The Lead Product Owner will play a critical role in the development and execution of strategy and tactical plans, with a specific focus on SAP. Working in a collaborative Agile environment, this role will lead product initiatives while ensuring alignment with SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework) principles. The position requires expertise in both upstream and downstream product strategies and will be central to the success of ARTs supporting ERP products and services across markets.

The Lead Product Owner will be responsible for driving product vision, delivering market analysis, overseeing demand planning, and ensuring successful product launches while supporting a ERP product owners across the globe.

Responsibilities:

• Drive and execute the strategy for ERP (SAP) products and services within IT.
• Provide coaching and support to product owners within the ERP ART.
• Partner with Business Process Owners to build and maintain accurate product roadmaps, aligning business inputs with demand planning.
• Partner with Business Process Owners supporting SAP Objectives.
• Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders, partner organizations, and cross-functional teams.
• Develop and implement feedback mechanisms in collaboration with respective teams, business partners, stakeholders and other roles.
• Provide support to SAP product owners, ensuring the coordination and completion of validation, UAT and other compliance requirements.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement and best practices in both upstream and downstream product delivery practices processes.
• Act as the lead point of contact for SAP related interactions with internal/external partners.

Education and Experience:

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information technology, Information Systems, Business, or a related field. MS or MBA preferred.
• 5+ years of relevant experience in product management, with a focus on SAFe/Agile methodologies.
• Strong knowledge and experience in SAP, other ERP large-scale solution required.
• Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional projects and lead complex product initiatives.
• Proficiency in Agile software development practices and Scaled Agile Framework.

Preferred Skills and Competencies:

• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities.
• Strong analytical and forecasting skills.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders of varying technical expertise.
• Experience in the regulated industries or medical device industry as plus.
