Description:

Working for Payments/Lending company, which is a provider of unsecured personal loans for customers, including debt consolidation, medical expenses, home renovations, vacation, and moving costs.

Requirements:

• Experience Expectations: - 6 Plus years
• Must-Have: - Performed Product Manager/Owner roles for multiple years previously for Lending/Payments experience
• Must understand Sprint X-1/X-2 Backlog concepts
• Hands-on PO will be responsible for requirement gathering, product definition, requirements breakdown, writing stories, and end-to-end product owner responsibilities from writing requirements to getting the acceptance of story completion
• Should be able to be a part of new client engagement to propose solutions comprising a domain, technology, and process knowledge
• Responsible for developing and owning all documentation capturing business and functional requirements
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and propose business solutions
• Engage with the client to understand/develop/articulate business requirements
• Develop business and functional product knowledge and expertise for engaged clients to complement product engineering and design
• Engage with the client to influence and steer decisions to Product Strategy/Design based on market and customer requirements
• Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to ensure meeting the program and customer needs

Job Responsibilities:

• Hands-on PO will be responsible for requirement gathering, product definition, requirements breakdown, writing stories, and end-to-end product owner responsibilities from writing requirements to getting the acceptance of story completion
• Lead or be part of the project product vision discussions, requirement elicitation with client, requirement definition and alignment with team, client, and all program stakeholders
• Providing product vision and direction to the Agile development team and stakeholders throughout the project and create requirements
• Ensure that the team always has an adequate amount of prior prepared tasks to work on
• Plan and prioritize product feature backlog and development for the product
• Define product vision, road-map and growth opportunities
• Assess value, develop cases, and prioritize stories, epics and themes to ensure work focuses on those with maximum value that are aligned with product strategy
• Efficiently conducts agile ceremonies involving client stakeholders
• Provide backlog management, iteration planning, and elaboration of the user stories
• Work closely with Customer Product Management to create and maintain a product backlog according to business value or ROI
• Lead the planning product release plans and set expectation for delivery of new functionalities
• Provide an active role in mitigating impediments impacting successful team completion of Release/Sprint Goals
• Research and analyze market, the users, and the roadmap for the product
• Follow our competitors and the industry
• Keep abreast with Agile/Scrum best practices and new trends
• He/She must be good at working with Architects and Tech lead defining the system requirements and system technology solutions
• Ability to solve complex problems in an organized way
• Exceptional organization skills and attention to detail
• Must be self-directed, able to work independently, as well as work in a team-oriented and fast-paced environment
• Strong organization and planning skills. Ability to maintain multiple projects without compromising results
