We are seeking a skilled and agile Senior Product UX Copywriter with a focus on product and UX copywriting to join our creative team. This pivotal role will support growth initiatives across our digital products leveraging your expertise to enhance user experience and drive conversions.
In this collaborative position you will work closely with cross-departmental stakeholders including Product Management Marketing and Design. A successful Senior Product UX Copywriter will not only produce compelling copy but will also play a crucial role in shaping strategy and influencing product development processes.
You Will:

Craft engaging copy for digital products including user flows apps and our online storefront with a strong emphasis on user experience.

Develop and guide content strategy for product launches and experiments ensuring alignment with user needs.

Collaborate flexibly with product managers designers developers and other cross-functional partners to create impactful copy.

Gather and manage feedback from stakeholders at all levels to refine messaging.

Deliver UX and product copy that embodies our brand voice and enhances user engagement.

Utilize your storytelling skills to elevate the user experience across all touchpoints.

Edit rigorously ensuring clarity grammar and adherence to brand standards.

Advocate for and maintain brand and content guidelines throughout all projects.
You Have:
-
7+ years of experience in digital marketing with a minimum of 5 years specifically in copywriting for product and UX.

Proven ability to lead and mentor junior copywriters or team members fostering a collaborative and innovative environment.

Proven ability to collaborate effectively with designers and interact with diverse stakeholders.

Strategic thinker with a background in data-driven marketing and user-centric design.

Experience in driving experiments that focus on conversion and user engagement.

Strong problem-solving skills to influence and align stakeholders.

Ability to communicate the value of marketing strategies to a wide range of business audiences.

Track record of managing multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Hands-on and proactive approach to work.

Skilled in addressing sensitive topics with clarity and empathy.

Familiarity with the healthcare wellness or CPG industries is a plus.
