In this role, you will lead complex multiple interdependent projects within our imaging business. You will be responsible for on time program delivery within scope and high quality. You will leverage deep technology knowledge, program management experience, process improvements, and domain expertise to lead the business forward. This role will serve as a mentor and provide clear communication skills that defines execution standards and consistency to be followed by all cross functional teams within the program or department.

Roles and Responsibilities
In this role, you will:• Collaborate with business and functional partners and technology leadership in defining functionality and specifying requirements• Outline multi-generational project strategy aligned to deliver on the expected outcomes• Define execution methodologies and project management practices to be followed by all projects within the program• Organize project teams comprising from internal and external technical and functional experts based on budget, scope and timeline• Manage day-to-day execution of multiple interdependent projects by working directly with global technical teams• Coordinate execution across multiple projects and drive shared approach and outcomes tracking• Support execution team with resolution of roadblocks and interdependencies. Partner with technical and functional teams external to the project to ensure their tasks are completed as required• Manage project risks, scope changes and other non-standard events throughout the life of the project• Manage stakeholder communication and progress reporting at various levels of the organization including leadership and executives• Ensure quality of deliverables is verified and matching stakeholder expectations• Track project outcomes realization and customer satisfaction levels through established metrics against service level. Ensure lessons learned are collected• Perform initial and final financial reviews, and ensure ongoing budget tracking
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor's Degree in either Engineering or Business with minimum of 8 years of overall experience.
- Proven experience using project management methodologies to deliver business value and drive significant change across an organization
• Strong understanding and knowledge of various project and portfolio management methodologies with track record of implementing shared standards for large organizations• Strong leadership skills with ability to influence outcomes and organize teams to attain shared goals• Excellent influencing, interpersonal and communications skills (both written and verbal) with all levels of an organization• Experience working with others on a global basis• Applies knowledge to coach and mentor others• Demonstrated customer focus - evaluates decisions through the eyes of the customer, builds strong customer relationships, creates processes with customer viewpoint and partners with customers to help shape their future initiatives• Change oriented - actively generates process improvements, champions and drives change initiatives, confronts difficult circumstances in creative ways, balances multiple and competing priorities and executes accordingly

The salary range for this position is 126,480.00 - 158,100.00 - 189,720.00 USD not including discretionary bonus . The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this position is eligible for variable incentive compensation.
For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $126,480.00-$189,720.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
