PURPOSE: The Lead, Program Management will serve as the leader of workstream initiatives specifically linked to S2P BPO. They will work, through collaboration with the operational teams, on the design, streamlining and optimization of a group of processes.

JOB DESCRIPTION (DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES)
  • Responsible for all aspects of requirements gathering, documenting the process and providing, if relevant, the information to the implementation partner
  • Provide leadership, training and support to improve source to pay practices across the organization
  • Develop global playbooks
  • Coordinating with external resources requirements, as required.
  • Drive continuous improvement and standardization across the global organization
  • Establish and maintain the metrics and mechanisms to monitor and measure performance and success
  • Enable the successful implementation, user adoption and realization of benefits
  • Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company's 2025 Strategy.

BASIC REQUIREMENTS
  • Preferably a Bachelor's Degree in relevant field (e.g., Finance, Marketing, Operations, Business Administration, Management, etc.) and 15+ years' experience
  • Excellent project management skills including prioritization, scheduling, written and oral communication skills
  • Team player with ability to appropriately navigate, listen and lead with influence within a matrix organization to foster performing teams effectively
  • Proven project management experience desired.
  • Strong initiative and solid judgment abilities/skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
