The ideal candidate will have:

Ability to manage projects and the activities given below:

• Create and manage project plans
• Budget creation, resource planning and allocation
• Run daily stand up meetings with the stakeholders
• Coordinates and leads project team meetings
• Gathers, organizes, and manages project documentation, including: project statements, resource requirements, business requirements, business cases, performance metrics, and project plans
• Analyzes IT and business processes and design to implement improvements

Further:

• Leads and drives IT and Business projects; manages entire lifecycle of IT and Business projects, including: create and update project documentation (for example, project mandate/charter, business case, project schedule, issue/risk log, project plan, and design document).
• Leads project team meetings to gather and organize project business and technical requirements, establish budgets, timelines, issues, risks, dependencies, and constraints
• Creates and presents project budgets to the stakeholders periodically, draws the project management concepts, and timeline in order to achieve initial project approval
• Communicate, present, and clarify status to project team and IT and Business leaders
• Creates and maintains strong customer relationships
• Manages multiple small to mid level projects across different areas of the Business
• Manage issues and risks, proactively troubleshoot, escalate, and resolve, as needed
• Ensures projects are executed according to IT quality, architectural, and security standards

Minimum education qualification

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, MIS or related field.
