Senior Lead Program Manager IT
The Lead Program Manager IT job plans, organizes, and controls resources/processes to achieve technical project/program objectives within scope, time, quality, and budget constraints. As a recognized master in the field of technical project management, this job utilizes advanced knowledge of technology project/business requirements and oversees the execution of technology project/business requirements to manage the largest and most complex projects for the organization.
Key Responsibilities and Duties
- Organizes large technical project teams by assigning individual responsibilities, developing project schedules, and determining resource requirements necessary to ensure project is successful.
- Estimates the costs, resources, and time required to complete each phase of large and/or complex projects and allocates resources and tasks to ensure these targets are met.
- Provides advanced technical and analytical guidance to project team members.
- Contributes to the development of strategic improvements through analysis of progress and performance against set targets.
- Monitors the status of technical projects including cost, timing, and staffing.
- Identifies and resolves obstacles to completing project on time and to budget.
- Conducts project meetings and prepares regular reports to communicate the status of the project within and beyond the project team.
- Coordinates the activities of outside contractors to ensure they are integrated into the project and that the organization receives satisfactory standards of service.
- Liaises with other operational areas in the organization to secure specialized resources and contributions for the project.

Minimum Qualifications:
- 5+ years of Financial, Analytical, Data Management or related experience working with business stakeholders within a cross-functional matrix environment
- 5+ years of Program/Project Manager or Relationship Management experience
- Experience leading projects and programs to on-time and on-schedule delivery
Preferred Qualifications:
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Bachelor's Degree in appropriate field of study or equivalent work experience
- PMP, SAFe certifications are a definite plus
- Excellent experience in SDLC Methodologies, SAFE/Agile, SCRUM, SDLC / Waterfall
- Experience with Change management
- Demonstrated communication skills; both written and oral with technical and non-technical staff, all levels of management
- Technical experience with various software programs, including but not limited to JIRA, Confluence, Sharepoint, Powerpoint, Visio, MS project or similar
Base Pay Range: $146,300/yr. - $243,800/yr.
Actual base salary may vary based upon, but not limited to, relevant experience, time in role, base salary of internal peers, prior performance, business sector, and geographic location. In addition to base salary, the competitive compensation package may include, depending on the role, participation in an incentive program linked to performance (for example, annual discretionary incentive programs, non-annual sales incentive plans, or other non-annual incentive plans).
