We're looking for a Lead, Program Manager - People to join our People team!
What you will do:
  • Be part of a team that delivers best in class programs and processes.
  • Collaborate across the People organization and partner with cross functional teams like Legal and Finance to help deliver projects that increase our efficiency and effectiveness across all countries in which we operate.
  • Assist in building and scaling programs and processes related to operational planning and other People team operations
  • Be a strong partner with teams across Snap to drive consistency and ensure smooth processes
  • Reflect on and continuously improve how we approach People Operations at Snap while staying flexible enough to scale and grow nimbly - always upholding Snap's values.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:
  • Experience with HR systems and processes
  • Experience with core HR domains, including talent management, talent acquisition, diversity and inclusion, and employee relations
  • Experience working with cross-functional stakeholders at all levels of the organization, in many time zones
  • Ability to work autonomously to identify work, complete tasks, and influence change with little direction from supervisor
  • Ability to execute actions related to annual calendars and business plans

Minimum Qualifications:
  • BS/BA degree or equivalent years of experience
  • 5+ years of experience in HR or other related field with emphasis on program management or working across teams
  • 2+ years experience leading projects focused on process improvements

Preferred Qualifications
  • Proficiency using Google Suite or Microsoft Office
  • Ability to manage complex operational processes in a creative, flexible, and sustainable way
  • A genuine interest in and passion for Snap's mission and values
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and intuition
  • Experience at a fast-paced, high-growth tech company
  • Experience with data driven decisions and insights
  • Experience with Workday or other HRIS and ATS systems

Compensation:
In the United States, work locations are assigned a pay zone which determines the salary range for the position. The successful candidate's starting pay will be determined based on job-related skills, experience, qualifications, work location, and market conditions. These pay zones may be modified in the future.
  • Zone A (CA, WA, NYC) : The base salary for this position is $145,000 - 210,000 USD Annual
  • Zone B : The base salary for this position is $138,000 - 200,000 USD Annual
  • Zone C : The base salary for this position is $123,000 - 179,000 USD Annual
