LEAD Program Student Assistant

Primary Duties:  

• Perform general administrative duties, this includes but is not limited to on-campus deliveries, photocopying, computer work, data entry, refilling supplies, and assistance with special projects.  

• Assisting with the design and creation of program related media and materials.  

• Assist with event preparation and evaluation before and after events.  

• Other duties as assigned

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:  

• Dependable and responsible

• Strong organizational skills

• Ability to work independently

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Ability to maintain confidentiality 

• Ability to prioritize tasks 

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office 365, i.e. Excel, PowerPoint, and Word 

• Graphic design and photography skills preferred 

Work Schedule:

• Flexible based on student’s course schedule each semester 

• Part-time: 20 hours per week
