Lead Project Management Specialist responsible for project delivery, profit & loss accountability, and customer satisfaction through management of project-related activities and resources

As a Lead Project Management Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Owning the customer relationship during order execution.

Managing projects, and cross-functional teams who are involved in the project.

Developing and maintaining a plan for their portfolio.

Being involved in discussions with other functions and teams about improvement in processes, procedures, and ways of working.

Contributing to the planning of a larger unit. Communicates across direct organization.

Presenting to senior leaders (EB and SEB) in specific technical spaces and on cross-functional teams on how technologies interconnect and contribute to the overall strategy.

Following frameworks to get through the processes. There is room for negotiating and client-specific conditions.

To be successful in this role you will:

Have a bachelor's degree. (Preferably engineering)

Have 15 years in the Industrial Equipment industry as Project Manager.

Be willing to travel 10-25% domestically and internationally.

Have a PMP Certification (preferred).

Having Prior EPC and Power industry experience is a plus.

Be able to have a position ON SITE in Houston. (no remote option)
