In this role, you will have a significant impact by guiding multiple customer projects from initiation through to successful completion, ensuring on-time delivery and adherence to budget. Accountabilities

  • Lead and manage complex programs and projects to ensure successful customer deployment and adoption.
  • Manage and communicate deliverables, risks, project timeline, ROI, and issues.
  • Act as a liaison between customers and internal teams to ensure smooth project completion.
  • Communicate professionally and succinctly while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Ensure internal processes and client-facing documents are current and align with corporate goals.
  • Predict resources needed to reach objectives and manage resources effectively.
  • Manage changes to project scope, schedule, and costs using appropriate verification techniques.
  • Provide project updates to stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and progress.
  • Oversee customer relationships and satisfaction during all phases of engagement.
  • Requirements

  • 5-8 years of experience in customer-facing project management roles in a technology organization.
  • Proven track record of working with external customers and internal partner teams.
  • Excellent customer engagement, presentation, and communication skills.
  • Solid organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to adapt to a changing environment.
  • Experience handling escalations at all levels.
  • Strong understanding of project financials, revenue, cost, and margin.
  • Familiarity with project management software tools, methodologies, and best practices.
  • Experience with creating and maintaining a repeatable project methodology.
  • Understanding of technology related to data, storage, API integration, Public and Private Cloud.
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related technical discipline preferred.
  • Willing to work during US Eastern time.
