Lead Python Engineer with LLM

We are in search of a committed and skilled Lead Python Engineer to enhance our team's efforts in developing multiple artificial intelligence proofs of concept (AI PoCs).
The selected candidate will oversee development processes, improve our systems, and participate in crafting innovative solutions utilizing large language models (LLM) and associated technologies.
The remote option applies only to the Candidates who will be working from any location in Ukraine.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the creation and setup of custom GPTs on the ChatGPT platform
• Develop and execute robust solutions with LangChain, LlamaIndex, and other LLM frameworks
• Work with interdisciplinary teams to merge AI solutions into existing infrastructures
• Manage the construction of retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) solutions
• Deploy and manage applications using Docker
• Keep AI applications up-to-date on Microsoft Azure
• Guide junior developers and offer technical leadership
• Supervise system performance and address issues when necessary
• Keep abreast of the latest trends and developments in AI and machine learning
• Aid in the growth of AI functionalities within the organization

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in Python programming
• 1+ years of relevant leadership experience
• Skills in configuring and building custom GPTs on the ChatGPT platform
• Experience with open-source LLM models like llama and mixtral
• Background in devising solutions with LLM frameworks such as LangChain and LlamaIndex
• Expertise in Docker and understanding of cloud platforms like Azure
• Experience in developing RAG solutions and employing function calling methods
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Strong capabilities in communication and collaboration

• Contributions or publications in AI or machine learning fields
