ABOUT THE LEAD QA ENGINEER ROLE:

WIN is looking for a dynamic and experienced QA Test Lead to join our team. In this role, you will guide and support the QA team while also contributing individually to ensure the highest quality of our products. You will be responsible for developing and implementing testing strategies, leading test automation efforts, and ensuring the successful delivery of high-quality software solutions.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. Lead, mentor, and guide the QA team, ensuring best practices and high standards are maintained.
2. Develop and implement comprehensive testing strategies, including manual and automated testing.
3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers, product managers, and business analysts, to ensure seamless integration and delivery.
4. Design, develop, and execute automated test scripts using tools like Selenium, JUnit, or similar.
5. Design, create, and execute test cases, covering various testing phases.
6. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues, providing guidance and support to the team.
7. Stay updated with the latest industry trends and best practices in QA and testing.
   

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
2. Proven experience as a QA Tester Lead or similar role, with a strong background in both manual and automated testing.
3. Proficiency in test automation tools such as Selenium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.
4. Experience with different types of testing i.e. Functional, Regression, Performance, API, Load testing etc..
5. Strong understanding of Software Development Life Cycles (SDLC), testing methodologies, and QA processes.
6. Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.
7. Solid knowledge of programming languages such as Java, Python, JavaScript or similar.
8. Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
