About the team
Tiktok and affiliate are developing the next-generation high-performance analytical database, with a mission to enable efficient and real-time data-driven decision-making on PB-level data sets. The initial product was forked from Clickhouse, after which large re-architecture had been taken place. The product now not only improves the efficiency of Clickhouse but also fits into the elastic cloud-native infrastructure with better scalability and resource utilization. With years of polishment in the internal EB-level scenarios, we are now ready to serve our business partners via various cloud vendors.

What you will be doing:
- Responsible for quality assurance of data and cloud products, and R&D efficiency improvement.
- Participate in product requirements and architecture design reviews, assess the rationality of the overall technical architecture and related testability.
- Ability to identify system risks in an all-around way, and ensure the stability of the systems through functional testing, performance testing, online monitoring, and other testing approaches.
- Build a data quality assurance system to ensure delivery quality and improve delivery efficiency throughout the entire process.
- In-depth understanding of the business, communicate and collaborate with various roles across teams, to create value for the business in an all-round way, without setting boundaries for work.
- Design and perform tests and check cases to determine if infrastructure components, systems and applications meet confidentiality, integrity, authentication, availability, authorisation, and nonrepudiation standards.
- Translate requirements into test plan, write and execute test scripts or codes in line with standards and procedures to determine vulnerability to attacks.
- Certify infrastructure components, systems and applications that meet security standards.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's Degree or above, Computer Engineering, Mathematics, Statistics, Machine Learning, and other related majors
- At least 3 years of data testing experience
- 2 years experience in one or several of the following programming languages: C/C++/ Java / Go/ PHP/Linux shell/ Python.
- 2 years experience with UI and API automation testing and framework.
- 2 years experience in common big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.
- 2 years experience in testing high-traffic distributed systems, and cloud-related products.

Preferred Qualifications:
- 5 years of data testing experience
- 5 years of experience in managing a team
- 5 years experience in one or several of the following programming languages: C/C++/ Java / Go/ PHP/Linux shell/ Python.
- 5 years experience and solid understanding of distributed systems
- 5 years experience with UI and API automation testing and framework.
- 5 years experience in common big data technologies such as Hadoop, Spark, Hive, etc.
- 5 years experience in testing high-traffic distributed systems, and cloud-related products.
