• Role: Senior Engineer

• · Responsible for creating operational insights for telecom network related data from Fuze and integrate with other data source to identify revenue growth/cost optimization/operational efficiency opportunities.
• · Interpret data and define new KPIs for data analysis from multiple sources.
• · Use data visualization and other data-gathering methods to either provide internal strategic direction or guide decisions for other teams for new tower builds, OFS analysis, Fallout analysis, compliance and usage adoption.
• · Work on acquiring data from primary or secondary data sources and preserve the data integrity of these sources using SQL, Python and other analytical tool.
• · Create powerful data visualizations using tools like Tableau, Looker.
• · Create and deliver executive level presentations to client including data summaries and visualizations and improve on reporting efficiencies.
• · Test and validate all the analysis and Tableau visualizations.
• · Work on Ad-hoc analysis driven by leadership requests.
• · Work with client business and IT stakeholders to define problem statement and success parameters.
• · Recommend new features and enhancements based on analysis.
• · Involve in regular reviews with client for projects allotted and identify defect areas and proactively carry out corrective actions.
• · Craft technical artifacts and presentations to enable decision making for business, IT and product stakeholders.
• · Must have a Master’s degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field plus two (2) years of IT experience.
• · Two (2) years of IT experience must include experience in Tableau or Python.
• · In the alternative, we will accept a Bachelor’s degree (or foreign equiv.) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering (any) or related field, plus five (5) years of progressive experience.
• · Two (2) years of the five (5) years of progressive experience must include experience with Tableau or Python.
• · We will accept any suitable combination of education, training, or experience. All experience may be acquired concurrently.
• · Travel and relocation may be required.
