You will build groundbreaking, next-generation applications for n-tier cloud architectures.

We are seeking a Lead React Engineer who has a passion, vision and technical acumen to help lead strategic initiatives and meet the needs of the business. You'll be hands-on coding through the entire development lifecycle transforming client experiences as well as leading an Agile team of React Engineers. Responsibilities

• Mentor and lead other Engineers enabling them to work independently
• Lead development efforts, provide input into architectural and design decisions, provide realistic estimates.
• Design and develop solutions working with other internal groups such as architecture, dev ops and enterprise security to ensure alignment with enterprise technology direction and standards.
• Contribute to code reviews and provide feedback
• Lead discussions to drive tactical vs. strategic decisions, outlining trade-offs

Business Knowledge

• Experience working directly with business partners
• Can articulate business needs and translate them into technology solutions

Requirements

• 8+ years' experience in user interface development
• 4+ years' experience with React
• Experience mentoring development teams
• Familiarity with backend Java technologies and microservices
• Familiarity with AWS cloud technologies
• Experience with Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
• Able to quickly learn new technologies and stay abreast of industry trends
