Lead React Engineer with .NET

We are looking for a Lead React Engineer with .NET experience to join our team! By joining one of our engineering squads, you will have the opportunity to make a real and lasting impact. You will be involved in all aspects of delivering the platform from development, API design, unit testing, and automated deployment, to coaching and mentoring other team members. You will be joining a team passionate about developing a quality product following an agile development methodology. You will be encouraged to always be looking at the continuous improvement of our products, tools and processes, along with helping to guide the architectural direction of our platform.

The project is a successful Insurance company, aiming to become a leading FinTech for energy insurance and installation of carbon saving products. In 10 years of existence, the client acquired 180,000 customers and is continuing to grow!

Responsibilities:

• Development at a rapid pace, delivering quality code in time, code review, writing unit and integration tests, and participating in the design of new parts of the application.
• Designing, building, and maintaining efficient, reusable, and reliable code.
• Sharing new ideas techniques and methodologies.
• Build tools and automation of development techniques.
• Solving problems. If you don’t know the answer, you’ll dig until you find it.

Requirements:

• 5+ years of software development experience
• Strong React skills (5 years of commercial experience) and experience building web solutions 
• Experience with Redux, Next js, micro frontend
• Experience with .NET 
• Experience with clouds (AWS is preferred)
• Kubernetes, and Docker is a plus
• Comfortable with unit/integration testing and TDD
• Solid understanding of design and architectural patterns
• Understanding of ArgoCD or GitOps is a plus
• Understanding of BDD is also a plus
