Lead React Native Developer

Cognizant is looking for a Lead React Native Developer, an individual with experience on cross platform app development for Android and iOS platform, that has a good understanding & hands-on in implementing unit tests frameworks used for mobile app development and to collaborate with other team members on agile development teams.

Responsabilities:

• Need to have experience on cross platform app development for Android and iOS platform. Should have experience in developing native and cross platform mobile application of different form factor.
• Experience in software estimation, use case, user stories and function point estimation, Experience in mentoring developers, guiding the team and Onsite/Offshore Coordination.
• Review of technical specifications as required, meeting the objectives of functional requirements, identifying specific interfaces, methods, parameters, procedures or functions as required.
• Participate in conversion of business requirement into system requirements into logical program designs, code modules and stable application systems, Development of technical design documents for software solutions independently and collaboratively.
• Good understanding & hands-on in implementing unit tests frameworks used for mobile app development. Should be able to develop React components in a very testable unit.
• Ability to work in team in diverse/ multiple stakeholder environment
• Collaborate with other team members on agile development teams.

Required Qualifications

• Hands on experience in Java, React Native with Java Script, JUnit, GIT and MySQL.
• Knowledge in React Native, Objective-C , Swift, Core Java, Kotlin, Javascript, TypeScript, cross platform mobile solution.
• Mobile application design architecture understanding eg MVC, MVM, MVVM,
• Experience in developing native and cross platform mobile application of different form factor.
• Should be able to participate in conversion of business requirement into system requirements into logical program designs, code modules and stable application systems, Development of technical design documents for software solutions independently and collaboratively.
