Role Overview: As the Recruiter Lead you will own the end-to-end recruitment process leading efforts to attract engage and hire exceptional talent. You will work closely with leadership to understand hiring needs develop recruiting strategies and ensure a smooth and efficient hiring process. What youโ€™ll do:

  • Lead the full recruitment lifecycle from job posting and candidate sourcing to interviews offers and onboarding.

  • Develop and execute innovative recruiting strategies to attract top talent across various functions including tech marketing sales and operations.

  • Partner with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide guidance on role requirements candidate profiles and interview processes.

  • Build and maintain a robust talent pipeline through proactive sourcing networking and relationship-building.

  • Manage the candidate experience ensuring timely communication and a positive impression of our company.

  • Analyze recruiting metrics and provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement.

  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in talent acquisition to ensure we remain competitive.

  • Mentor and guide recruiters as the team grows.

tโ€™s a perfect match if you have:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources Business Administration or a related field (or equivalent experience).

  • 6+ years of experience in recruitment with a strong track record of hiring across multiple disciplines.

  • Previous experience in a start-up or fast-paced environment is highly desirable.

  • Proven ability to develop and execute successful recruiting strategies.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships at all levels.

  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment.

  • Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other recruiting tools.

  • A data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze recruiting metrics and make informed decisions.

  • Leadership skills with the ability to mentor and develop a growing recruitment team.

The pay range for this role is $150000- $200000. We offer a competitive salary package and may include variable compensation. Actual compensation is based on factors such as the candidate's location skills qualifications and experience.
