We are currently seeking a motivated and experienced Lead Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. The successful candidate will be responsible for full-cycle recruiting across all positions within our organization in the US and Canada. This role will require a strong focus on sourcing candidates, building relationships with managers, and ensuring a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
Responsibilities:
- Manage the entire recruitment process, from identifying potential hires to interviewing and evaluating candidates, to extending offers.
- Develop and implement effective sourcing strategies to attract highly qualified candidates.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with hiring managers to understand their team's needs and job specifications.
- Utilize knowledge of multiple recruiting sources and execute innovative recruiting strategies to find quality candidates and prospect for new business.
- Interview candidates and ensure a great candidate experience, communicating status updates on the hiring process as needed.
- Communicate with hiring managers and HR managers on the status of open positions.
- Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
- 7+ years in recruiting or a related HR function
- Experience with full cycle recruitment in engineering functions, including executive level
- Hands-on experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and HR databases.
- Knowledge of OFCCP
- Experience with (phone and in-person) interviews, candidate screening and evaluation.
- Excellent verbal and written communication and team management skills.
- Strong decision-making skills.
