• Remain up to date with all major advancements in crypto
• This includes crypto infrastructure (L1s, L2s, execution layers, consensus layers, DA layers, storage, MEV, intents, etc.), crypto applications (Wallets/UIs, Defi, Games, Social)
• Come up with ideas for things that Sei should build, and communicate these ideas internally and externally
• Work with core engineers to build out these products
• Design documents, whitepapers
