Lead Residential Service Plumber

We are looking for dedicated and licensed plumbers to join our team. We have growing demand from our customer base and we need to be able to keep up. Responsibilities: Installing any and all residential plumbing fixtures and systems Repair and maintain plumbing systems Comply with federal, state, and local building and plumbing codes by enforcing adherence to requirements Provide plumbing information to customers by answering questions and requests Maintain safe and clean working environment by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations Qualifications: Must have tradesmen or journeyman's license 3-5+ years’ experience in the Plumbing Trade Self-starter, reliable, flexibility with hours Strong customer service skills Understanding of the current regulations within the plumbing field Excellent interpersonal communication skills on a technical level Able to work both independently and as part of a team Maintain a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record Physical Demands: Operate handheld power tools Wear personal protective equipment Ability to work more than 40 hours per work week Job Type: Full-time Pay: $52,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year Benefits: • 401(k) • 401(k) matching • Dental insurance • Health insurance • Paid time off • Vision insurance Schedule: • Monday to Friday • On call • Weekends as needed Supplemental Pay: • Bonus opportunities Experience: • Residential plumbing: 3 years (Required) Language: • english and spanish (Preferred) License/Certification: • Journeyman License (Required) • Tradesman License (Required) • Driver's License (Required) Work Location: Multiple locations
