Lead Revenue Analyst (Hybrid- Flexible options)

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead Revenue Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in project management, process improvement, and advanced proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in project management, process transformation, design thinking, and facilitation. The Lead Revenue Analyst will be responsible for managing and analyzing financial data, creating financial models, and leading projects to improve financial performance and drive business growth.

We are made up of high performing teams that meet in person to learn and collaborate as needed. This role is considered hybrid, which means you'll be assigned to a Broadridge office and given the flexibility to work remote.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead initiatives to drive process transformation, improve financial performance and drive business growth
• Facilitate cross-functional project teams to identify and implement standardization efforts
• Communicate effectively with stakeholders to provide financial insights and recommendations
• Manage and analyze large data sets to identify trends and insights
• Utilize Smartsheet and Excel to create and maintain reports, dashboards, and performance metrics

Qualifications:

• At least 5 years of experience in process improvement and project management
• Advanced proficiency in Excel and Smartsheet, including automation, macros and complex formulas
• Project management experience, with a proven track record of delivering results on time and within budget (Project Management certification a plus)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving experience
• Excellent verbal and written communication and presentation skills
• Experience with process transformation resulting in cost savings and business efficiencies
• Industry knowledge a plus
