Accountabilities

  • Manage teams within revenue cycle operations to meet organizational goals.
  • Guide and direct teams for optimal performance and productivity.
  • Ensure effective execution of duties promoting maximized reimbursement.
  • Identify and implement solutions for operational issues impacting teams.
  • Coordinate efforts with other departments to resolve issues effectively.
  • Participate in continuous quality improvement initiatives.
  • Redesign processes to enhance service, data integrity, and productivity.
  • Monitor and report trends for issue resolutions to leadership.
  • Prepare service level metrics and performance summaries for review.
  • Assist in identifying training needs and coordinating training programs.
  • Establish and monitor performance standards for staff.

  • Requirements

  • Current U.S. work authorization required.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business or Healthcare Administration.
  • Minimum of five years experience in revenue cycle functions.
  • Experience with Account Billing, Charge Integrity, or Insurance Verification.
  • Strong leadership and team-building skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
  • Effective critical thinking and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills in supervising direct reports.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
